Archbishop Wayne Boosahda

Archbishop Wayne Boosahda serves as one of the founding archbishops of the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches and is seated in the International Council of CEEC Archbishops as a part of the CEEC international Conference of Bishops. Archbishop Boosahda served as the second Presiding Bishop of the CEEC for 6 years, from 1997 to the summer of 2003, facilitating the development of the international structure of the Communion and the

accompanying Canons. In 2003 he initiated the merger of the CEEC Province of the USA with the International Christian Communion to form what became a new and expanded province in the CEEC. In the fall of 2006 the CEEC Council of Archbishops blessed and commissioned the new province as a distinct sister communion of convergence congregations in full communion with the CEEC. The new communion is now known as the Christian Communion International

In addition to his role in the CEEC, Archbishop Boosahda also serves as the founding Primate Emeritus for the Communion of Episcopal Convergence Churches USA (also known as: The Communion of Convergence Churches USA), a national province of the CCI. He has had extensive background in worship renewal ministry, church planting, leadership formation, teaching and speaking across a wide spectrum of the Church of Jesus Christ in many denominations and conferences. He also serves as a spiritual father and mentor to new and emerging leaders and church planters in the Convergence Movement within his own Diocese of St. Patrick, a family of congregations, missions, leaders and ministries of the Communion of Convergence Churches USA, and through the establishment of the Society of St. Patrick and St. Aidan as an ecumenical apostolic missionary society of the CEEC. In addition, Archbishop Wayne ministers with his wife, Stephanie, an internationally known and accomplished songwriter/composer and Christian recording artist, in teaching missions, seminars, and worship renewal conferences throughout the nation.

He has written feature articles for Dr. Robert Webber’s The Complete Library of Christian Worship, Worship Leader Magazine, Worship for the Ancient Faith, Treasures Old and New and other publications. He is based out of the greater Nashville, Tennessee area and may be contacted through: The Diocese of St. Patrick – 5016 Spedale Ct. – PMB 302 – Spring Hill, TN. – 37174 –
