On July 26, Archbishop Russ McClanahan, Archbishop Charles Travis, Bishop Jacob Danner and Bishop Tony Palmer visited Birmingham, England to consecrate Rev. Dr. David Carr as the presiding Bishop of the Doicese of Wroxall Abbey and the Order of St. Leonard. Wren's Chapel was also elevated to the status of cathedral and will serve as the See for the new Bishop.
