ABOUT US
As a mission we seek to encourage and foster a new monasticism that is inclusive of all the people of God and engage with an ever-changing world. We belong to a contemporary Evangelical Episcopal Church that seeks brings together the streams of the Christian Faith such as, the Sacramental, Evangelical, and Liturgical. Our Bishop is the Right Reverend Rex Harman of the Church of the Southern Cross (www.ceeca.org.au), a Diocese of the Extra-Territorial Province of St. Peter led by Archbishop the Most Reverend Russell McClanahan of the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches.
We are also a linked mission with the Community of Aidan and Hilda and relate to its Guardian, the Reverend Ray Simpson, as a Soul Friend, who lives on Holy Island of Lindisfarne. We draw inspiration from the Way of Life of the Community of Aidan and Hilda and the Celtic Saints. It is from this Community that our way of life has been adapted to our unique context as a Church plant that also seeks to be a new monastic order; for further information see (www.aidan.org.uk).

OUR MISSION
To know God and make him known through the Gospel proclaimed in Word, Sacrament, the power of Spirit and acts of Kindness and Mercy, and To worship the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in a way that is faithful to the Anglican and Celtic Christian traditions and also engages with contemporary culture.
