of India currently is composed of over 1,000 local churches in Seven Dioceses with two developing Diocese. Archbishop James Cathedral Church is St. Thomas (SPG) Tamil Cathedral Station Road, Secunderabad 500 003 (S.P.) India and has over 2,000 members.
In addition to his role as Archbishop he serves in the following ways:
Chairman of the Alpha Indian Board with several thousand Alpha courses being currently taught. He has conducted or assisted in Alpha courses in all regions in India.
Purpose Driven Church Conferences:
With the help of Rev. Rick Warren of the Saddleback Church, California he has served on a team that has conducted 15 conferences through out India challenging local Pastors for mission and evangelism enabling 6000 Pastors for a purpose driven church in their context.
My Hope India Project:
Initiated and sponsored by the Billy Graham Association thousands of Christian leaders were trained to follow the Matthew and friends model for evangelism.
Antioch College and Seminary:
Archbishop James serves as the Director of the Antioch College and Seminary. There are three seminaries spread out at Hyderabad, Kerala and Madras with 250 students enrolled for training.
Widow's Home:
Thirty two widows are supported monthly including medical care and all expenses in the event of death.
