He is also the ghost author of three additional well known works, including The Death of Innocents, the parents' story of the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. In addition, Dr. Wise has co-authored three books with Dr. Paul Meier, including the best selling Third Millenium, The Fourth Millenium, and Beyond the Millenium.
His recent books include a new mystery series beginning with The Empty Coffin and followed by The Dead Detective and Deleted. In addition, he has also released Be Not Afraid, a love story of World War II. Currently Wise has completed Wired! with Time Warner books, and Tagged! Life Way books has realized The Narrow Road to Colditz, The Bitter Road to Dachau, and The Long Road Home.

Frequently appearing on national television, Wise has been a regular speaker on Trinity Broadcasting Network. He is included in the 1989 of Who's Who In American Christian Leadership. Dr. Wise is also a member of the Writer's Guild of New York City and Senior Vice President of Feed the Children.
For the past thirty years he has been concerned about helping hurting people find Biblical answers to their needs. As principal lecturer for the Adult Christian Education Foundation, Madison, Wisconsin, he also teaches the Bethel Series in the United States, Canada, Germany and initiated the series in South Africa, Hungary, and England. Leaving social work with delinquent boys, unwed mothers, and handicapped persons, Dr. Wise entered seminary completing the M. Div. degree at Phillips Graduate Seminary. During his Ph.D. studies, he focused on correlating spiritual insight with emotional need as means of bringing renewal to the Church. He has done graduate work in America and at the Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. He also holds a second B.A. degree in Art. Dr. Wise was listed in Outstanding Young Men in America and in 1989 was included in Who's Who in American Christian Leadership.
Rev. Wise has concentrated on renewal ministry, church planning and has been involved in founding three congregations. A archbishop in the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches, Dr. Wise works with churches, planting parishes in Canada, England, and Eastern Europe. In addition, Rev. Wise served as a church growth consultant to the Anglican Diocese of Alberta, Canada.
In the 80's, Dr. Wise worked as a bishop behind the Iron Curtain in Eastern Europe, re-establishing ties between the American church and their separated brethren. He helped negotiate the return of parochial properties to the church in Hungary. In addition, he traveled across South Africa encouraging the Afrikaner Church and its national leaders to retreat from apartheid. He was successful in securing the release of a Reformed clergyman imprisoned for seeking equal treatment for blacks.
Concerned to bridge the divisions between the Protestant and Roman Catholic schism, Dr. Wise's ecumenical interest has helped form many relationships in the world of Catholicism. In addition to having lived in the Benedictine Monastery at Pecos, New Mexico, Rev. Wise has been certified as a spiritual director in the Roman Catholic Church.
His wife Margueritte is a business woman, senior pastor, and psychotherapist. Their children include Todd Wise, Ph.D, a psychotherapist on an Indian reservation in So. Dakota, Christopher A. Wise, Ph.D., a college professor in Third World Literature, M. Tate Wise, an attorney in Oklahoma City, and Traci Miller a vice-principal in the public school system in Modesto, California.
