The Most Reverend (Dr.) Russell McClanahan is the Archbishop/Patriarch of the Province of St. Peter and the Archdiocese of the Holy Cross. Archbishop McClanahan grew up and pastored in the United Methodist Church for 12 years. He is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College (B.A.), Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Central Christian University (D.Min.). He has been in the ministry since 1965 and has served as Family Counselor, Program Director for an alcohol and drug treatment center, Pastor, Church Planter and Missionary. In 1976, he founded network of charismatic congregations and ministries with a liturgical base.
